Every bag ships within seven days of roast date. Coffee is at its best between days four and twenty-one. We don't sell anything older than that.
We roast to bring out origin character, not mask it. If you want dark, ask — we'll point you toward the espresso blend.
$20–26 per twelve-ounce bag, full stop. No "limited reserve" markups, no $40 mystery lots. The coffee is what it is.
Maximum age of any bag we ship. Roasted Tuesday, packed Wednesday, in the mail by Thursday morning.
